(1) Bam Bam is directing S.05 Ep 1 & 2,
(2) Bam Bam wants to film the longest continual one-shot fight scene on network TV,
(3) Stephen Amell says he doesn't want a stunt double, and
(4) That Bam Bam said that if he doesn't want a stunt double, Stephen has to do it shirtless.
...So, Stephen needs to get back in shape ASAP. He says he’s lost 20lbs of muscle since his peak.
